More About Coach Julia

I have worked with clients as their personal trainer for 5 years. I started with younger kids but as I’ve gotten old I have started working with older clients. I’m currently studying kinesiology in colleges. I also have a nasm certificate. I typically work with ages 8-no maximum age limit.

I’ve played soccer, cross country, track, softball, for 14 years. Now I snowboard and surf now that sports are over for me. I’ve played college level sports for 3 years and now snowboard and surf at a high caliber. I’ve earned many letters in high school and was nationally ranked 12 in the country for soccer.

A client can typically expect a warm up of 15 minutes. Either agility drills if I’m training a client for sports or a warmup circuit is I’m training a client for fitness. Then we would move to a cardio circuit to warm up completely. Then a fitness assessment to see where the clients at, then a goal sheet. After that I will be able to properly train the client without injury.
