The first session will always be a meet and greet with a few helpful tips. I believe this allows both parties to gradually enter into the Coach/Student relationship and to help make the goals more organic and personalized. This makes the teaching/learning a cohesive team effort with both parties coming to a mutual goal. However, once that goal is determined...GAME ON!
