I am a NASM certified Fitness Professional serving the Florida gulf coast for over 8 years in the fields of weight loss, strength and conditioning, and Martial Arts Training. I started out training competing athletes through USA Boxing and TITLE, but was introduced later to various health gyms were I learned corrective exercise and rehabilitative training, furthering my clientele from ages of 16 to 65+. My certifications include CPR & AED, NASM, and Florida boxing commission.
At 16 years of age I started out as a competitor in the Florida Amateur boxing scene with Out Cold Boxing. After some time I took upon body building and body development training where I was introduced to Personal training. Without my trainer's encouragement, motivation, and persistence I would not have met the goals I was so eager to achieve. After that experience I was inspired to pursue an education in the fitness industry, achieving and earning my Certified Personal Trainer Certification and finally my Trainers License for boxing and mixed martial arts.
Sessions average to an hour depending on the preference of the athlete. I focus on various types of stimuli and pressures that the individual has not experienced which adds new focuses and increased difficulty to each form of exercise and pushing the body to new levels and thresholds. I am highly knowledgeable in exercise science and understand the limits of the mind and body, however none the less I will push my athletes and non-athletes to areas beyond their known ability. Not only making you good, but making you the best.
