First I will show the athlete how to properly warm up and stretch. Secondly, I will have them warm up their shooting form and then work on some dribbling techniques. After that, we will work on shooting off the dribble and off the screen. Furthermore, I will teach individual moves to progress their offensive arsenal. Depending on the age/position we will work on certain fundamentals like footwork and increase the difficulty based on experience.
