I am a USA Basketball team certified coach and I have over 9 years of coaching and training experience beginning with working camps at Hooperstown while I was still in school. I have coached many teams from 3rd graders up to the high school and collegiate level, coaching an intramurals team. I have coached for Hooperstown, House of Sports and Hoopstrong during the AAU season and with Scarsdale and Mount Vernon during the fall and winter months.

I was named co-captain and defensive player of the year at NY State basketball powerhouse Mount Vernon where I graduated in 2008 and became a walk on for St. John's University during my freshman year. I am a graduate of St. John's University.

I usually start a session with a good stretch and some light jogging to get the blood flowing. Every workout begins with ball handling with is vital to every basketball player no matter what level. Nextly, we get into different drills catering to what the goal is in mind whether it be shooting, passing or rebounding.
