I have a lot of experience working with athletes both girls and boys from ages 5-18. I have worked with the University that I attended assisting with numerous coaching clinics. I have worked with the Chauncey Billups Basketball Academy for 4 years.

I train clients based on their skill level. I focus solely on skills that will translate directly to in game success. I am a firm believer that repetition is the only way to achieve confidence and success that will last long term and that is what I found successful for myself and what I do as a trainer. I structure the workout with a warm-up, then we talk about the plan of the workout or what the workout will be focused around and what we want to get out of it, explanation of the skills being learned and how they are applicable and how they will translate to games, and then a cool down.
