I have experience coaching kids AAU basketball in the Bay Area for SVBC Girls 5th and 4th Grade along with coaching SVBC boys 3rd Grade. I am the head of skill development at Gunn High School for the boys JV and Varsity. I have been doing personal training and small group training for basketball skill the development the past 3 years. I really know how to personalize a basketball training program to a players specific needs. I
I played my High School basketball in Florida at IMG Academy one of the top high school basketball programs in the country. My Background in basketball is I played Division 2 basketball in Tennessee on scholarship at King University. Before that I was the second leading scorer in northern California Junior College Basketball at CaƱada junior college in Redwood City. A typical session will be different for all clients. We will warm up with 10 minutes of ball handling. Shooting off the catch and triple threat for 20 minutes. 20 Minutes of shooting off the dribble working on game speed pull ups. Last 10 minutes will include live situations like one on one or defensive concepts. Training will target needs and areas players need to improve on. My speciality is player development I hope to create a steady level of improvement and progression throughout our workouts.
