I have 5 years of experience coaching kids from age 5 to 18, at various levels from recreational all the way up to the university and professional level. I have run camps and coordinated numerous skills and development sessions for Bethesda Soccer Club, my boy hood club. Currently I am studying to get my UEFA B Pro license

I have also played at the international level being one of the few Americans to represent the USA at every level of youth all the way up to the Full US Mens National Team making my Debut under Jurgen Klinnsmann and playing for Gregg Berhalter.
First and foremost I want kids to have fun when they come to my sessions, I want them to enjoy themselves and express themselves freely because at the end of the day soccer is a game of creativity and expression. I focus on the Fundamentals Juggling, dribbling, passing, recieving and shooting. I like to do position based training. Based on where you are on the field thats how we will structure the session. Building off of that I like doing drills that will translate into a real game, building a players awareness and coordination. Something that is often overlooked is the mental aspect of the game. Soccer is 90 percent mindset and there will be challenges thrown your way that you will have to be able to deal with if you aspire to play at a certain level. I not only train the kids on the ball but I like to be a mentor figure at the same time because I have been there and lived it for myself. Most importantly I want the parents to know that their children will be in good hands. Building good soccer players is great, but building strong human beings is the most important for me.
