I have very much experience at training professional athletes as I was one myself at a point in my career I’ve trained and played basketball in 4 different countries and throughout that process I’ve learned much about the body and helping other people with theirs.

I’ve played 4 years collegiate basketball and 4 years across seas as well as one year in the NBA Dleague. In college I’ve had the chance to play in the biggest tournament in the world and win a championship in our conference

That’s all depends on what the clients goals are ….the first session we get to learn each other and focus points then we go from there to get better and achieve results
