I've been a professional Cuban Baseball Coach for more than 25 years. I coached all levels. I coached since 1987 in Cuba from elemental players to adult players, but typically I worked colleges athletes. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Masters in Methodology of Sport Training and Sport Massages. I'm international experience and was coaching Softball too.

Won Youth and school regional championships in La Habana Cuba with first and second places several times. Interisland top three championships in Baleares, Two Second Place in National Championships of Spain and Second Place in the International Softball Cup in London in 2000.Assistant coach in Latinamerican Academy of Baseball in Miami, FL and Head Coach of Blue Sox Team in North Kansas City League Baseball. Received several awards for excellent coaching.

The first step to train an athlete is receiving from him/her the history as complete as possible of the physical level, technical, injuries.Second that is what he/she hope to accomplish and wants to develop specific aspects.
