I wasn’t born with amazing athletic ability, I didn’t grow to be 6’7. I relate best with athletes who have passion for the game and want to improve regardless of size and ability. View all coaching experience

More About Coach Jordan

I have coached basketball for 10 years now, and I've played since I was 3. My love for the game really heightened when I started playing in my local neighborhood and it afforded me a partial scholarship to Creighton Prep, one of the best high schools in my city. We won state my senior year in high school, and I finished the season with multiple NAIA/D3 offers. In pursuit of a quality education I enrolled at the University of Nebraska and assisted the Women’s basketball team as a practice team member and eventually became a student manager for 2 seasons under coach Coni Yori. After leaving college I went back to my alma mater and coached at the Freshman - Varsity level for 4 years. I then switched to grade school basketball and coached the Omaha JCC's 3rd grade team until they were in 7th grade. Taking them from a low bronze level to a low gold level in just 3 years. I am also a USA Basketball Gold Licensed coach. Since my experience with the JCC I moved to the West Coast, and began individual training sessions with athletes in the Portland Oregon area. My client added reviews are from my clients in Portland. I love working with all kinds of athletes, with a focus on fundamentals, adding confidence, and practicing the "right" way.

Besides being a State basketball high school champion, I was the MVP of the Air Force Academy Basketball Camp my junior year. And learned under Sweet 16 coach Coni Yori at Nebraska. I've coached for 10 years and have the ability to coach all five positions on the court.

I start with a basic assessment that includes everything, shooting, ball handling, footwork, and defense. We also implement post moves as well as backcourt combinations depending on the athlete's skill level. After the first assessment, we will focus more on specific needs depending on the athlete's goals.

Great first lesson. Isaiah was very pumped after the lesson!

Very knowledgeable and patient with athletes he coaches! My son feels very confident having coach Jordan in his corner! Coach Jordan also has incredible footwork and shooting drills to really help get B-ball players to the next level

We were sad when you moved, but Zach would like you to know that he made his school team this year! He was pretty excited! (We thank you for giving him confidence!)
