I’m the owner and personal trainer of my own fitness studio. After working in the big health club chains as personal trainer for 3 years, I moved on to run my own In-Home Personal Training Business for a few years.
I graduated from Spring Arbor University in May of 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science along with a minor in Business. I also graduated from Ohio University in June 2012 with a Master’s Degree in Coaching Education. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also from the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I also stay up to date in First Aid/CPR! Along with training, I’m also a Head Coach of a Varsity Girls Basketball at an area High School.
