The first step is to host an assessment on the specific client. I have to see where the athlete is from a fundamental standpoint. See if there is any imbalances anatomy-wise and also run a fitness test that relates to football(sport-specific). Once complete, this assessment will help formulate a workout system that best caters to that athlete's needs and wants. We will not only work on sports-specific drills but also incorporate sports-specific resistance training to help any muscle imbalances.
