I'm a ISSA certified personal trainer, and I hold 14 years of experience of fitness under my belt. I'm open with working with individuals of all ages. I love what I do and I am passionate about bringing the best motivation and information to help my clients succeed with their goals.
I'm a former college athlete whose had the opportunity to play at the division one level. With that said, I understand what it means to be an athlete and to compete at a high level among elite athletes.
I offer a range of exercise training programs covering strength training: including the upper body, abdominals, and lower body. Also, I offer aerobic (cardio or endurance) exercise activities.
