I have a comprehensive perspective and ability to evaluate players’ strengths to formulate strategies for development, having pitched at every level of organized baseball in the US as well as multiple seasons internationally. I've trained and played with pitchers at the highest levels of the game, and I've played for some of the biggest names in MLB coaching. I'm bringing all that experience to coaching kids ages 10 and up right here in the Temecula Valley.

I started as a freshman on the varsity team in High School, went on to play Division1 college baseball, before being drafted in the 11th round by the Chicago Cubs. Made my MLB debut in 2004 in Chicago and went on to play for the Texas Rangers, Baltimore Orioles and San Diego Padres organizations. I've also played in leagues in Japan, Taiwan, Mexico, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.

A typical Pitcher training session will start with a stretch and warmup of the total body before moving into a controlled throwing session. Then we will work on the "Drill of the Day" that will encourage fundamental pitching technique. From there, a structured bullpen session off the mound, focusing on pitch location and execution. We wil finish with a cool down stretch and post throwing exercises.
