I have been coaching and training athletes in basketball since 2004. I have coached AAU ( both girls & boys teams ), I've coached on the Junior Varsity and Varsity level, and I also coached on the pro level for a year for Delta Storm an expansion team in the ABA ( American Basketball Association ). In 2004-2006 I was an intern coach for the women's basketball team at Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock Arkansas in NCIAA League. I was the head coach for the Kipp-Delta Vikings in West-Helena Arkansas in 2009-2011. I also coached JV Boys basketball for the same institution. I have coached approximately 15 or 16 AAU teams over the summers from 2005-2011. The age groups I work with are typically between the ages of 11- 18. I won't work with anyone younger than 7 years old. I have NFHS certification in Heat & Acclimitization, NCAA Eligibility Training certification, Concussion in Sports Training certification, First-Aid & Health and Safety certification. I have a degree from the University of Phoenix in Sports Management and a degree in business administration from Arkansas Baptist College.

In High school I made All- District and All-Conference in basketball my sophmore and Junior years. I made All--State my Senior year. In college I played for the Arkansas Baptist College Buffaloes and my freshman year I earned All-Academic honors and Sportsmanship of the year award. I only played two years of collegiate basketball.

One thing I do is.. I set up a scrimmage game before training one on one with my client.. During that scrimmage game I take notes on my clients strengths and weaknesses depending on their position. Once I start the private training, I help my clients make their weaknesses become strengths and their strengths become even stronger. I push my clients to their limits and sometimes past them.
