All age groups 5-Adult. IHSA certified
I played 4 years college lacrosse, 1 year Western Lacrosse Association. I competed at both college and professional level. Coaching 8 years of IHSA lacrosse as well as four and a half years of youth lacrosse also, ages 5 and up.
My training involves a lot of coordinated movements including hand eye, foot eye coordination primarily centered around agility and quickness. Explosion type drilling, honing on skills related to moving at top speed while engaging. This allows the athlete to function and participate in game time and real time conditions at optimal speeds. This includes a lot of interval training and agility based quickness skills tailored to the position of the athlete.
