More About Coach Johann

I have coached soccer, speed, agility, and strength for over 10 years. I am a certified NASM personal trainer, and a strength and mobility specialist with certifications in FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) and FRA (Functional Range Assessments). I coach one-on-one sessions with large groups of over 30 athletes. I have coached youth soccer teams for over ten years,

I have played professional soccer on 5 continents for over 10 years. I have played in the English Premier League, MLS, Swedish Top division, and Croation Too Division to name a few, I have played for the USA National teams of youth and Olympic level.

All sessions will be based on the specific athletes I am training. It is usually very technical. I build from the ground up and start with the basics. We go slow to make sure all the small minute details are understood and well executed. Failure is inevitable as we are human. So I STRESS failing is a good thing, as long as we recognize and react positively, we can correct he mistake. Playing with a clear mind and with confidence is vital, so the mental aspect of the game is something we will concentrate on a lot as well. Strength, conditioning, stretching, and mobility is something I specialize in.
