Have been Managing Teams and Coaching players for 21 years. Had a 60,000 sq ft facility in northern NJ 2009-2016, with 10 youth teams.
Currently coaching for Vipers 18u program in south florida while running my own player development business in south florida. Training is revolved around keeping the athlete healthy and on the field for 100 games.

Without playing in HS or college to play professionally in italy in 2009, and the states in 2012, 2014, 2017-2020.

To build workload and understand progression. Work on the weak tools and build for a future in the game. Physical aspect of warm up and training weaknesses is always important. We use therapy modalities and training styles in small groups or 1 on 1 training to build workload effectively.
