More About Coach Joe
At age 16, I was cut from my high school JV soccer team. I was a serial bench warmer the next two years. I decided I was sick of it and wanted to make big changes in my life. I studied endlessly to find the best information possible, then dedicated myself to taking daily action to be the best I can be.
Fast forward and at age 21, I achieved a lifelong dream of being a pro soccer player, playing for IFK Maryland in Baltimore. I then went on trials overseas in Holland, Denmark and Sweden.
Soccer is my passion in life, and I want to help others to become the best version of themselves on and off the field.
I have expertise in nutrition, sports psychology, speed and athleticism development, strength training, gymnastics, basketball, mobility, flexibility, recovery methods, leadership, yoga, interpersonal communication, concentration, and cognitive enhancement.
NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Former coach of 2005 MD Rush Boys team. Personal trainer and soccer director at Gold’s Gym in Crofton, MD.

Pro soccer player for IFK Maryland
Trialed with professional teams in Sweden, Holland and Denmark

I will talk with my athlete and find out what their goals are as a player and then create an individualized plan to improve their strengths and weaknesses.
I can also work to help them improve their off the field habits such as mindset, nutrition, watching video analysis etc.
I can show them what it takes to make it to a college or pro level.
