I have experience in coaching and training youth athletes between ages 8-13 years old, specifically baseball players. Im currently doing lessons in the Austin, Texas area. I provide pitching lessons for youth baseball players as well as mechanical adjustments and teach the importance of arm care.

I played baseball at Dublin High School on varsity all four years. Additionally, I played collegiately at Chabot Community College and Lewis-Clark State College. I went on to play professionally in the Pacific Association and Frontier League.

First and foremost, I ask the athlete how he is feeling and if he is experiencing any tightness or concerns before the session begins. I will take him through a full body warm up where we focus on band work, dynamic warm-up, and depending on the athlete, we may go through a plyo ball routine. After the athlete is fully lose, we play catch where we focus on the importance of mechanics. Finally, we throw a bull-pen and work on any adjustments that need to be made as well as developing different pitches and focus on location.
