I have been coaching high-level college lacrosse for 6 years and am currently serving as the Head Coach of the Plattsburgh State University's Men's Lacrosse team. I coached the #3 ranked team and the #2 ranked scoring defense in Division III in 2015. I have experience coaching athletes at all levels, ranging from beginners to high level players looking to compete in college at the Division I, II, and III levels. I specify in working with individuals who want to fine-tune their skills to become an elite player at an elite college level.

I was a 4 year starting close defenseman for Geneseo State University in Upstate NY. My team was ranked as high as #6 in the country and I was named a USILA All-American twice, a 1st All-SUNYAC Defenseman 3x, and was a participant in the USILA North-South Senior All-Star Game.

A typical session starts with a proper dynamic warmup and will follow with game-applicable drills that will develop athletes in a fun, high-tempo setting.
