Coach Washington has coached both men and women from ages 8 to 21. He has trained and developed 30-plus All-Conference players and three Junior College All-Americans. In his career, Coach Washington has been in charge of Guard Development as well as Post Development. He currently holds industry certifications from Sports Management Worldwide in Basketball GM & Scouting and Digital Video Editing with Synergy. Coach Washington specializes in film breakdown and offers an objective analytical scouting report on every player.

Washington attended Barstow High School in Barstow, CA. He achieved letters and league championships in football, basketball, and baseball. Washington attended San Bernardino Valley College in San Bernardino, CA and lettered in football and basketball. After SBVC, he transferred to Butler County Community College to play basketball but after suffering a pre-season knee injury, began his coaching career as the student assistant men's basketball coach.

Every player is unique. They differ from agility, athleticism, basketball IQ, quickness, size, skill-set, speed, strength, and temperament. Legendary Coach John Wooden won 10 National Championships at UCLA, including 7-straight from 1967 to 1973. He believed deep within his heart, "A coaches ultimate responsibility is to push players further than they are willing to go all by themselves in their quest to become great basketball players."

Every session is tailor-made based on the individual, and players should have an end goal in mind. However, their focus should be on the journey not on the end result. The journey is what brings us happiness not the destination. Athletes will be pushed to perform each drill with a game speed intensity to the point of exhaustion. Live-Game Scouts will be provided for the Collegiate and Next Level packages. The scout will include an objective break-down of their strengths and weaknesses, as well as an analytical report. The analytical report will dissect and analyze every play and movement the athlete is involved in.
