I have Experience Coaching kids from ages 4-18. I’ve been Coaching for about 7 years. I started coaching elementary school kids first then went up to Junior high and high school level. I mostly work with 11-15 year olds. But I’m more than capable of coaching kids younger or older.

I was the captain of my Junior High school team both years. I played Varsity Basketball in high school as a Freshman and played all 4 years. I then moved on to Fullerton Junior College where I would go on to play 1 season.

Getting to know the athletes goals and aspirations is the first thing. Once I have found what it is they are working towards I will start with some warmup drills. From there , I will perfect their shooting technique. After we go through that I will work on either Passing, Dribbling, defensive stances and techniques. we will work on things like post moves or go to moves as well as positioning so they are aware of where they should be in certain spots. After the session I will assign homework for next session.
