More About Coach Joel

I’ve been a NASM certified personal trainer for 13 years. Currently studying for my NSCA certification. I have an Associates in Science for Health Professions. I’m working on my Bachelors in Exercise Science with a focus pre Physical Therapy. I’ve trained college athletes, elderly, basketball teams, autistic children, artist, models, and recovering post-surgery clients.

I was professional athlete, a starting wide receiver for the New Jersey Revolution area a football team for 3 years. Before that I played semi-pro football as a captain and starting receiver.

Our session would start with a warm up/stretch and core activation.our training session would focus on your needs and also your wants as a client. Working hard and having fun is a must.
