More About Coach Jim
I have been involved in Athletics and Fitness for 20 years as a college coach, high school coach and personal trainer. Through many teams, camps, clinics, and 1-on-1 sessions I have developed athletes' skills, strength, speed, agility and knowledge of their sports and positions, their overall fitness levels, and overall success.
I have also been named The Boston Globe Division 3 Coach of the Year and the ESPNBoston Coach of the Year.
As a coach I have been fortunate to have achieved success at the national and local levels. I have been part of staffs that have won 5 League Titles, competed in the NCAA tournament, and most recently was the Head Coach of the Division 3 Boys Lacrosse State Champions.
Through planning and evaluating, we will achieve your goals with a variety of high energy workouts and training sessions. This includes a dynamic warm-up, the individual workout of the day, and stretching-cool down period.
