I have been coaching and training for over 5 years. I do small group trainings, individual, and teams of all levels. I also train college and professionals. I am certified by Impact Training. I coached high school girls and boys and also middle school.
High school title in Las Vegas 1995 Durango.
Played Junior college in So. Cal.
Signed at St. Martins University in Washington State.
I played 10 years semi-pro, Jamaal Crawford Pro-Am.
IBL, ABA Leagues.
Great defensive of player.
I first learn what a client would like to be better at. I come up with a workout a day before and plan towards their goal. As I train I then can see what the client is missing then we attack those angles/weaknesses. I always attack the weakness of the clients and build off that.
