I spent my summers home from college training middle and high school players individually, I also have spent a lot of time working with athletes with special needs to help teach them how to play.

I played college soccer at University of Wisconsin for two years and then Northeastern University where I was a 3x All conference player, and hold the all time and single season assist record as well as served as a captain for 2 years. I am now playing professionally for sporting jax.

I usually start out my trainings with a quick warm-up and speed work followed by footwork, before moving into passing and then finally finishing or longer ball technique. That is the plan I typically follow for myself when training as well but I also listen to what the player wants to work on.
