More About Coach Jerry
I caught the coaching bug around 2000, I was an assistant coaching a 12 & under AAU team in Atlanta, GA. My first coaching job in 2005 with a NAIA school in Florida Webber International University, where I began as an assistant and the promoted to Associate Head Coach. 3 years there and onto to the ABA Jersey Express for one season as Head Coach. I am very passionate about spreading the knowledge that i've acquired over 25 years of playing and learning from some of the best coaches in the world.

- I always start my sessions with stretching.
- Player is put through light drills to be evaluated on skill level.
- After evaluation, is when I can create a specific workout for each individual.
- My workouts are tough, but lots of fun!
