I have been coaching high school and collegiate level for 25 years with schools in Frederick county. I have trained numerous kids from ages 7-22 and some in professional baseball on hitting ,infielding and base running being specific but not limited from pitching and catching. I enjoy the challenge of making kids better on and off the field. I have over a 150 kids that I have sent off to play college baseball and 11 professional players in the past.

I talk a little with the kid and depending on his age I ask for him or her to identify there weaknesses. I then watch the kids skills in the area that were working on and watch their natural athleticism. I don’t ever try to re- invent the wheel. I use all my experience that I have been taught thru my playing career and coaching to make the kids better in the most efficient way.
