Four year starting attackman for Southern New Hampshire University. I have coached summer camps for Millon Lacrosse all over the northeast as well as personal sessions and clinics. I currently coach a summer travel team for Four Leaf Lacrosse based out of Derry, NH. I believe that proper one on one training with a knowledgable coach such as myself really is the best way to improve your personal playing skills both physically and mentally.

Recently graduated four year starting attackman for Southern New Hampshire University, playing in the NCAA Division 2 Northeast-10 conference. I received honers of first team All New England by the NEILA. Prior to college I played a year of prep lacrosse at Bridgton Academy and 4 years for Norwell High School.

A typical session would involve focus on proper technique in shooting, dodging, passing, cutting, and field vision. Starting with passing I make sure the player becomes comfortable using both hands and stress consistency. There are many aspects to a players shooting motion that can affect accuracy and power so I really try to break down the shooters motion and correct any movements that may be limiting their potential. Using video, I show the player what their shot looks like and what they need to do to improve. Dodging is another key aspect of the game that can really set a player apart from the rest. I take my players through dodging drills and show them spots on the field where defenders can be most vulnerable.
