More About Coach Jenny

I have coached and trained age groups ranging from elementary school to highschool with skillsets ranging from beginner to college commits. I have a lot of lacrosse knowledge from my experiences as a player.

I played division 3 lacrosse at TCNJ and graduated in May 2022. My senior year I was named captain as well as an IWLCA 1st Team All American, IWLCA 1st Team All Boardwalk Region, NJAC Offensive Player of the Year, 1st Team all NJAC, and 5x NJAC Player of the week. In this season, I broke my schools program record for single-season points with 63 goals and 77 assists(140 points). I lead my team to an appearance in the NCAA National Championship Final Four game and was named by my conference the nominee for the NCAA Woman of the Year.

I will tailor each session to the specific skillset of the athlete. Sessions will include practice in fundamentals, types of shots and shooting form, footwork, and dodges. I will put focus on teaching techniques that offensive players can use to make them more dangerous during game time.

I loved learning from her and getting helpful feedback from her. She is the best lacrosse teacher and even showed me how to practice multiple skills at home that I can use to get better. She’s a great teacher and a great person I can’t wait to have another session with her.
