I have been coaching wrestling for 20 years at all ages from 4 to adult. I am the president of my own club and I'm the head coach at my local middle school. I'm also the assistant girls coach for the highschool. I'm certified with USA wrestling, Nuway, AAU, NHCSAA, NFHS.

I competed as high as highschool because when I actively wrestled there weren't many opportunities for women in the sport. I competed as the first female in my middle school and highschool. I won several AAU state titles int he boys division as well as Men's collegiate division southern nationals.

I like to focus on balance, leverage and position. I have a very detailed plan for intensity and conditioning. I like to get a warm up done, then stretch, then do gymnastics style warm ups combined with wrestling moves. I also go into a full breakdown of moves so that no matter if the athlete is 4 or 44 they understand.
