I have organized and run clinics for the professional teams I have played for. I was a player/assistant coach for the last 3 seasons in Mexico and Puerto Rico. I have worked on individual skill development with ages 3 and up.

I played four years and graduated from Cornell university. I then traveled to play professionally for 16 years in Puerto Rico, Spain, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, Poland, the Dominican Republic, and the NBA's D-league. I'm a 6 time all star, 3 time defensive player of the year, MVP runner-up, and 8 time champion.

First, I evaluate the athlete. Everyone's needs are different, so sessions must be specific to the athlete. I focus on conditioning and skill development. Basketball is a sprinters game, so explosiveness is key. Dribbling, passing, shooting and defense are taught with game intensity in order to prepare for the real thing. Basketball involves constant transitions between offense and defense, so drills are designed to simulate those movements. I also teach athletes to read and react to different game situations. A player must be a student of the game and develop good basketball instincts in order to be effective on the court.
