More About Coach Jeff
While playing tennis in college, I injured my knee and that ended my college tennis career. That incident actually ended up being a blessing in disguise because my passion veered towards coaching players and focusing on enhancing their tennis performance through improved tennis specific footwork efficiency, physical conditioning, and injury prevention. I have trained and significiently improved dozens of national junior champions, ITF ranked juniors, and WTA/ATP ranked players. I test players, find out their physical strengths and weaknesses, and then train them based on their individualized needs. (testimonials and bio upon request)
I coached at a Division 1 men's college tennis team and have coached high level junior players but for over a decade I have placed complete focus on Physical Conditioning for Tennis and Mental strength training.

Prior to entering college I had to make a choice between baseball and tennis. I loved the individual challenge of tennis and winning or losing completely depended on my personal preparations. I was a ranked junior and college tennis player. I began playing tennis at the age of 13 and had to be in great physical condition and be very mentally tough in order to be competitive in juniors, high school, and college. I was inducted into the University of North Florida Hall of Fame.
I always provide my athletes with a thorough testing session and evaluation. I find out their strengths, weaknesses, and specific needs. Then I focus on building up their weaknesses, further increasing their strengths, and base things on their particular style of play, age, training experience, and injury history. I also focus heavily on injury prevention because players need to be healthy all year round. There is really no off season for tennis.
Sessions for tennis specific footwork/physical strength are 1 hour long
