Hi, I am an ex baseball player turned into a Health and Fitness Coach. I Love sports and helping others achieve there goals. I work with all ages. From helping condition my kids pop warner football team to helping High School Lacrose girls reach their goals. I work at Infinity Fitness in scottsdale AZ. I also travel to where I am needed. These kids and adults motivate me and keep me in shape so I stay on top of my game. I am also a nutrition coach with supplements knowledge. Nutrition is a huge part for anyone reaching their goals. I also do graston (scrapping), electric stem and cupping on injuries. Certified in all NAFC and also ISSA Personal training.

My goals change every 6 months. It is always good to have goals. I have coached freshman HS baseball. I played at a high level at a collegiate schools with injuries following.

With athletes I always do a 10-15 min dynamic warm up. ( light jog, lunge twist, karaoka, side shuffle, hi kick reach back stretch, etc.) Depending on their weekness for their sport is where I focus also talking about nutrition needs. Might be box jumps, stadium runs, band sprints to roman twist. Broad jump, tire flips to sledge hammer work. Squats, dead lifts all depends on there needs and goals. Then I always spend the last 8 min or so stretching out my client

I have been a firefighter here in the valley for almost 6 years. I am no stranger to strength and fitness training.
