More About Coach Jeannette

I am the creator of a virtual Fitness business called TRU Fitness. Geared towards individuals looking for group or individual workouts, in the comfort of your own home. I am also a certified Athletic Trainer for athletes ranging from grade school to professional.

I am a Hall of fame basketball player for my high school. Which i was inducted in 2009. I also played at the DIII collegiate level as a basketball player.

A typical session starts with warm up, stretch, then many of my workouts are cardio based so they can consist of HIIT workouts, AMRAP workouts, EMOM workouts ect. I also offer strengthening workouts targeting legs, arms, core or back
