I have been a world class celebrity Peak Performance Coach in Los Angeles for the past 6 years. My coaching philosophy is based on the ancient idea of developing the inner athlete through mental conditioning and training in order to maximize the outer athletes focus, concentration, and peak performance. I was a highly recruited high school quarterback in GA. before a career ending broken neck I sustained in my senior season. I was able to overcome my life threatening injury by employing the same mental and physical strategies for success I teach my clients.
I enjoy working with people of all skill and fitness levels, but I especially enjoy the challenge of training young athletes just starting out so I can help develop a healthy respect and appreciation for the benefits both socially, physically, and mentally that a fitness lifestyle can offer. My specialties include mental rehearsals, positive self talk, proper breathing, visualization, strength and conditioning, speed training, football IQ training, and body awareness to name a few.
I start each session with a "mind game" to create the proper training environment, followed by a dynamic warm up (intervals, jump rope, etc) we then move to a rapid resistance training round (5 to 10min) that will prime the muscles and oxygenate the body and brain, creating an optimal environment for the "skill work" part of the session that involves the position or problem specific training we have predetermined.
My goal is to make each client experience a mental transformation, that will lead to a conscious restoration and finally a physical activation of their mot successful self.
