I am the owner, lead trainer, and Head Coach at Seven Tools Baseball Academy in Kissimmee, Florida. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and baseball instructor with over 30 years of experience as a player and personal coach to several professional, minor league, and collegiate players. I have my own indoor batting cage, bullpen, and gym. Practice is never cancelled due to weather.

My development program is called 7-Tools baseball development, because in addition to the standard 5-tool rating of Contact, power, speed, arm, and fielding ability; I train athletes in my program to develop game knowledge (sense/IQ) and high level of physical fitness. Two of the most important skills on and off the field.

Every athlete in my program participates in a structured training system modeled after professional and collegiate programs. My goal is not only to develop their full potential, but to have them accustomed to the work ethic and demands they may encounter at the higher levels of the sport.

Prior to the first session, I conduct an initial evaluation to determine the strengths, weaknesses and projection of the athletes. After the evaluation I meet with the athletes and parents to provide my professional opinion, and discuss the best development plan for the athletes.
