I am a former Division I Head Tennis Coach who has trained professional and elite college athletes at Marist College and Cornell University. My experiences playing and coaching the game of tennis at a high level have enabled me to develop a proven, results-driven methodology for all ages and backgrounds to help individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their fitness goals.

As a junior tennis player, I was ranked top 10 in the east in multiple age groups and attained a USTA national ranking of top 100 in the country. As a collegiate tennis player, I attended NYU where I played #1 singles and doubles.

A client can expect great energy, enthusiasm and motivation in order to achieve their goals. It is my belief that the art of success is in the details. That is why I will develop a clearly defined plan to fulfill your specific fitness goals and objectives coupled with highest level of personalized service.

I am a college basketball player who really wanted to take my strength explosiveness and speed to the next level and Coach Jason is the guy for that. He incorporated his tennis knowledge to mimic basketball agility concepts which I think is genious. Even by the warm up he was able to accurately pinpointed the types of movements that I struggle with. I am very pleased and impressed by Coach Jason and his program.
