More About Coach Jason
Coaching since 2014, I have coached CYO 11-13 year olds, 15U,16U,17U,18U, 19-20U , coached in NYC area for 2 travel teams. I have trained high school juniors to college freshman. I have also helped train younger players just getting started
Competed mostly in club ball MSBL, MABL, NYCMBL, CFBL. I have played All outfield positions as well as pitcher and catcher. I excel at pitching and love to teach what i know.
I always evaluate my clients first, prior to any workout session I have the athlete properly stretch and get loose, I then work on specific drills based on what the player wants to improve as well as what I notice a need for improvement during my evaluation
