More About Coach Jason

Coaching and training youth basketball since 2005. Grew up learning from my father, a Hall of Fame High School coach in the state. Was a student assistant coach at Keene State College. Been a headline coach for the NH Spartans and NH Lady Spartans youth organization since 2008 where I have coached 5 AAU State Championship teams and have taken 8 teams to the AAU Nationals (One Sweet 16 finish Division II and one Elite 8 finish Division III). Currently a manager at the RIM Sports Complex in Hampton, NH and head the youth player development program.

Lettered 3 years varsity in high school. Student Assistant at Keene State College. Headline coach for the NH Spartans and Lady Spartans programs with over 10 years of experience. Worked as a staff coach for many professional college combines and camps.

First, I inquire about the athletes individual goals and any areas they feel they need to work on. Next, I run an evaluation workout to see what level the athlete is and take note of any weaknesses that I see. Finally, we set a game plan on what areas we need to focus on more then others. If we are just doing a general workout, I start with stationary ball handling (1 or 2 balls), We then apply to full court ball handling. We then transition to attack moves and finish with shooting technique. I believe in dissecting a players games into parts, explaining the importance in what we are working on and how it applies, and eliminating unnecessary motion.

Client Reviews

Congratulations Coach!!! You have turned these girls into amazing basketball players. Because they are also such great girls they play so well as a team. Look forward to playing next weekend! Nationals here we come!
I just want to give a shout out to Coach Campbell for the fantastic work he has done with the 6th grade team. When I look at where they started and where they are now it's amazing how far they have come. The girls played a great game against the Rockettes on Sunday. They may not have won but they certainly surprised them with how strong they were playing! Thanks Coach!
