Jason Babb

My coaching experience includes being a team manager for the Temple University men’s basketball team during the 2018-2019 season. I was also a volunteer coach for the Thomas Jefferson University men’s basketball team during the 2019-2020 season. I have coached a camp at Archbishop Wood High School as well.

I have played for various programs. I have played varsity basketball at Archbishop Wood High School. I have played AAU basketball for the PA Renegades and Perkasie Knights.
During my senior year at Archbishop Wood High School we accomplished an 18-6 record overall. During my playing career I played with players who would go on to play at the college level and professional level.

During my training sessions I will emphasize the importance of caring about the teams success more than individual success. I will also emphasize the importance of knowing ones role on the team.
In terms of skill development I will prioritize what the player wants to work on. I will also focus on the skills one needs to succeed in their role on their team. I will incorporate reads and decision making into the drills when possible to make the drills similar to games. I will strive to be there and support the player in all aspects of their lives.
