Jason Alexander

I have coached baseball players of all ages at many different clinics over my years of playing. I typically work with teenage athletes but I’m open to all ages.

I was an All-State, Player of the Year athlete in High School.
I was an All-American, Pitcher of the Year in College.
I currently play professional minor league baseball with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

The first day would be an assessment day to see what abilities the client has so I can determine which areas i believe should be focused on. I would also take into consideration what the client would like help with. We would start off with a good warm up before we start throwing, here I can give feedback on the mechanics of throwing and how to help the client improve his throwing and catching. From here we can move into pitching mechanics, pitching grips, or other drills to improve mechanics.
