His teams won high school and national championships at every level. He was taught the fundamentals of how to play the game from some of the world's greatest teachers and players -- including the coaches of North Carolina, Johns Hopkins, Harvard, Princeton, Denver, Team USA and the Iroquois National Team.
Many of Jason's past students have gone on to play at the highest levels of D1, D3, MCLA and even the MLL.

We follow a 5 step process to teach any skill that has been proven to properly build muscle memory and automaticity on the lacrosse field:
Analyze: We will first run each student through an assessment of their basic skills: passing and shooting on the run and footwork.
Explain: We will first go through an explanation of the skill we're trying to build, why it's important, and when it's used.
Demonstrate: Second, Jason will demonstrate the skill properly performed. Slowly at first and then at full speed.
Practice: Third, Jason will observe the student performing the same skill multiple times.
Re-Practice: Lastly, Jason will video record the student and give additional feedback to their form and execution.
Take-home Drills: As homework, Jason will always provide additional drills to perform before the next session to further build the desired skill.

Very easy to work with! My son felt so comfortable with Jason and is looking forward to more sessions! He already feels so much more confident in his position. Thanks Jason!
