I have coached alongside Kenny The Jet Smith for the Aim High Foundation on the National AAU circuit. I have also served as Camp Counselor at his Carolina Basketball Camp for 15 years. I have conducted workout sessions for Aim High for youth and pros such as Kenny Anderson. I have coached at numerous basketball camps: Pro-Camps DWade, Dwight Howard and Brook Lopez. I have coached and worked the University of Florida Basketball Camps directed by Lon Kruger. I conducted 16 Skills Clinics for NIKE LeBron James Miami Heat. I have coached for Miramar PAL Youth Basketball League. I have coached the Plantation Power Travel Team that competed in USSSA. I have conducted coaches clinics and skill clinics for City of Plantation Florida. I have served as Camp Director for Kenny Anderson's All-Star Basketball Camp at North Miami JCC. I have coached teams and conducted skills camps for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County and YMCA of Greater Miami. I currently own and run my own non-profit Athletic Training Company: Mentoring Valuable Proteges, Inc. Through programs such as camps, clinics and skill academies our organization have serviced over 2000 kids to date. Recently, I ran the Youth Basketball Clinic for Dwayne Wade Sr's ProPops Foundation and NBA Dads at Morehouse College in Atlanta. I have also conducted private training sessions for over 150 customers.

A typical individual training session consists of: stretching/footwork, ball handling, shooting, strength & conditioning, performance based drills and game strategy practice drills. Once we identify that players weakness, we work that weakness into a strength during session as well.
