More About Coach Jarvis
I have been coaching/training athletes for over 10 years. During that time I have managed my own youth football organization where we competed in the championship games in back to back years. I currently own a training facility and train full time specializing in speed, explosiveness, overall conditioning, and the mental aspect. I am a Vertimax certified trainer/ambassador and hold the ASFA fitness certification.
I was a multisport athlete in football, track, and gymnastics. I earned All-American and a Blue Chip athlete in football as a running back. In track I was in the top five fastest 100m track sprinters.
I will perform an assessment on the first session where we talk about goals, perform testing, and go through a basic workout. From this point on a typical session will consist of speed and explosiveness drills utilizing the Vertimax and Raptor systems. During the session, I am working with the athlete to make sure form is correct and tapping into his/her mental mindset.
