I've been an athlete all my life and training for the sports was very important. Making sure my speed, agility and strength was at its best helped me to improve in the sports that I was involved in. I was a three sport athlete in high school playing football, volleyball and running indoor track. In college at Bridgewater State College I was on the men's swimming and diving team which I made it to New England Championships my freshman year and placed 3rd in Diving. As a first year Diver it was my training that helped me excell on the diving board. I competed at Nationals throughout my college career and always placing in the top 3 on 1 meter and 3 meter.

Along with being on the swimming and diving team I was a member of the Weightlifting team were I competed in Olympic Lifting meets. Within one year of competing, I qualified for Collegiant Nationals. Today I still continue to compete in Olympic Lifting competitions and coninuelly try to reach new Personal Records.

Each athlete is going to be different based on their goals and their needs. Depending on where your strengths and weaknesses are will depend on the session. For every sport you need training to help you become a better athlete. For athletes you will work on speed and agility to help you be quick on your feet and agile. You will also do resistance training to help build your strength and endurance.
