More About Coach James

I been coaching basketball for 8 years now. I played AAU, highschool, and one year at St. Thomas University. I started off coaching back when I was 19 years old for a company called Dade County Sports. At the time, I was coaching over 4 different schools. Won coach of the year 3 years straight. I moved on coaching AAU basketball for a recreation center in South Miami. Led my team to win one championship, and 2 playoff finals. I got a offer to coach a middle school team called Vineland Middle, the first year we lost in the playoffs, but the second year we won the championship. I have a new set of athletes that I'm started to coach in January, looking forward to that. I make kids or even adults better by relating to them. Keeping your clients comfortable, and relaxed will bring you a successful journey.

I haven't made this a professional career yet. But I am aiming to achieve that level. I am attending University of Miami coaching program this year. I have earn countless medals and trophies in basketball coaching, and playing the sport. I won 2 championships as a player and earned 3 coach of the year plaques.

You'll begin with a full body training. Meaning you'll train all the major body parts in each workout. Train three days this first week, performing just one exercise per body part in each session. It's important that you have a day of rest between each workout to allow your body to recover. This makes training Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with Saturday and Sunday being rest days. Depending on the age of the client, will allow me to decide if weight training is a option. (Weights) bench press, lay pull downs, push ups, squats, box squats, leg press, barbell bicep curls, crunches. (Without Weights) cardio, dribbling, fundamentals, cone drills, lay up drills, shooting, defense.
