Each session is different, depending on the needs of the athlete. Basketball, Football, Baseball all need agility, change of direction, speed and plyometrics.

Typically, we will start off with a nice dynamic warm up, form shots, 20 made free throws, conditioning, ball-handling drills, 5-10 made free throws made in a row depending on the athlete. Defensive drills. Help them understand and learn the game, its more than just scoring 30 points a game. You have to understand and learn the game of Basketball!
